Lakewood Summer Arts Faire

VIPs receive passes to the Arts Faire and are invited to a special preview party on Friday, September 7th. You can become a VIP by:
1. Volunteering at the Faire
2. Becoming a Faire Sponsor at Levels I and II
3. Purchasing Tickets to the VIP Receptio which are also good for entry on both days

VOLUNTEER: To be a FAIRE VOLUNTEER you can commit to assist with various tasks such as setting up displays or signs, serving lunch to the artists, or working the entrance gate or other duties.  If you work 4 hours or more, including 2 hours during the week prior to Faire, you will receive 1 VIP Preview Party pass and 1 Faire pass. Work 7 or more hours, including 3 hours prior to the Faire, and receive 2 Preview Party passes and 2 passes to the Faire to give to your friends. SPONSORSHIP: To be a SPONSOR you can purchase one of five levels of sponsorship and your name and/or logo will be included in various LSAF promotional materials such as banners, posters, website or program, and you will receive a certain number of Arts Faire passes and/or VIP Preview Party passes based on your sponsorship level. Sponsorship levels are $25, $75, $150, $250 and $500. Sponsors are invited to display/offer coupons or other promotional materials at our Sponsor's Table. VIP PREVIEW PARTY & ARTIST RECEPTION: Friday, August 26th preview the artists' works from 7:00pm to 8:00pm then head to the nearby home of the Arts Faire Director from 8:00pm to 10:00pm to enjoy some wine and a light buffet, mingle with the artists and sponsors, and participate in a silent auction and Dutch auction. Tickets to the VIP Preview and Reception are $35 or two for $60, and include passes to the Arts Faire for both Saturday and Sunday. DONATION: With your tax-deductable donation of $25 you will receive 2 passes to the Arts Faire. You may call Alan Noel to make arrangements or simply mail a check to LSAF, 2443 Abrams Rd., Dallas, TX 75214 and supply your return address and contact info. This level of donation does not include tickets to the VIP Reception.
